Valery is a Nashville-based Affiliate Broker, World Traveler, & Entrepreneur focused on helping others build wealth by investing in real estate. Valery has a passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their home buying, home selling, and real estate investing goals. She is a licensed Realtor in the state of Tennessee, and she is eagerly poised to use her knowledge and experience in the Middle Tennessee area to help you along your real estate journey.



Although Valery has called Tennessee her home her entire life, she is an avid world traveler. She was introduced to international travel over 20 years ago, and to date, she has been to 6 continents and visited over 40 countries around the world including Egypt, Ghana, Ireland, England, China, Japan, Cambodia, and Peru to name a few.

Valery also enjoys networking with business owners and entrepreneurs. She truly appreciates the creativity and dedication of small business owners and new entrepreneurs so she actively connects people and recommends other’s businesses.

In her spare time, Valery enjoys relaxing with her family and friends, reading about a variety of topics, and occasionally binge-watching Netflix.

Favorite Quote: "Time is more valuable than money. You can get more money, but you cannot get more time." ~ Jim Rohn.  This quote emphasizes how precious time is and reminds me to stay present in the moment, seize opportunities as they come, and to cherish the time I have with my family and friends. 



Proudest Accomplishment: Embarking on and completing a 6-month, solo trip around the world. It's something I dreamed about doing for a long time, but I couldn't find the "right" time to go.  After finally getting the courage to make the trip happen, I explored 20 countries, met new people, forged new friendships, and had the time of my life.  The experience enriched my life in countless ways, and now I have increased confidence in my ability to do anything I set my mind to accomplish.



Hobbies:  traveling, reading, and investing



Favorite Nashville Landmark:  The Parthenon. It’s located in beautiful Centennial Park in the center of our city, and it’s the only full-scale replica of the Parthenon in the world. I find this fact particularly interesting and impressive because I’ve visited the Parthenon in Greece.  It's incredible to have such a spectacular representation of ancient history in our backyard.



Favorite Nashville  Neighborhood, and why? Woodbine! It's, a great neighborhood with tremendous charm and potential as a lot of new developments are coming to the area, and the new soccer stadium is just a stone's throw away. It's also close to downtown and the airport. So much to love about this great neighborhood!



Favorite Nashville Restaurant: Urban Grub, Kayne Prime, or Chauhan Ale & Masala



Favorite Nashville Bar: The Red Door (Midtown) is a great staple, but there are also great new bars like Justin Timberlake's 12/30 Club. 



Favorite Food:  tie between seafood and cheese



Why did you choose a career in Real Estate? To learn more about the vast opportunities in real estate and help others use real estate as a wealth-building vehicle.



Favorite Books:  The Millionaire next door and The Fifth Agreement



Favorite Band/Music Album:  tie between Michael Jackson and Justin Timberlake.  Both are insanely talented. Play any of their albums, and it's guaranteed that you'll dance and sing.  Justin Timberlake's The 20/20 Experience album is memorable for me because I went to the concert, and he held my hand and sang to me during one of the songs, but hands down the greatest album of all time is Michael Jackson's Thriller.



Favorite Movie: Coming to America



Favorite Actor: This is a tough one because I have several favorites including Patrick Stewart, Denzel Washington, Tom Hanks, Angela Bassett, Kerry Washington, Morgan Freeman, Will Smith, Leonardo DiCaprio, Charlize Theron...



What motivates you? The goal of achieving financial independence so I can spend more time doing the activities I enjoy with the people I love.
